Day 1 almost done
Ok. I almost made it through day one of the cleanse and my first Bikram Yoga class of the 60 day challenge.
I feel pretty good actually… Around 4 pm I felt lightheaded and hungry but it passed. I had about 5 glasses of my green juice ( kale, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and garlic) and one smoothie with cherries, peaches, banana, chia, raw food protein powder, spirulina, stevia, kale and a little almond milk.
I drinking my last green juice and plan to have detox tea. I feel empowered and actually much calmer thanks to not having heavy foods and sweets in my stomach.
I hope tomorrow goes ok. Usually day two is the worst so anticipating it could be bad.
