For me my passions are simples… my kids (hubby), my dogs, my Bikram Yoga & fitness, eating holistically and healthy (most of the time), and pretty much anything to do with fashion and beauty.

I am sure you have a list as well of things that just make you smile or perk up or just have an kick ass day if you do one of the things on your list.

Lately because I have been so focused on blogging and building the marketing business up that I have neglected my yoga and my fitness and eating right… so naturally what happens.. my mood starts to go down and then I start to feel not so good and perky and happy… next thing I know I have this chronic belly ache… I am taking ACTION now to make the change… thanks for my loving Hubby Michael, he said

YOUR MIND IS SO POWERFUL.. It truly can make physical things happen to you!

He is right!! I made a conscious decision today not to eat horribly.. actually I hardly ate much today… did a lot of juicing and detox teas and then had some egg whites and ezekial bread with peanut butter and jelly… ok  ok  ok.. I had a some Annie’s popcorn. But that isn’t bad at all. I think the point is to love yourself which means to do the things you LOVE in life and then your body and mind and spirit will in turn be a reflection of that LOVE…
