Embrace Change

I think too often in life many of us will fight inevitable change. We see it in our culture everyday… no one wants to grow old and change. The purpose of this post is not to talk about allowing ourselves to grow old, but to harness our inner strength and purpose toward the new wonderful changes that are to come into our lives if we let it.

We have all been there.. stayed too long in a bad relationship, job, friendship. There is something about the process of change that freaks people out so fighting to stay in the old is actually easier, so they think, than just moving forward into the new.

I am going through a change right now in my life… more like a transformation I would say. It is a refocus toward what is most important to me: my health, my family, my life, and happiness. I am laser focused at building my online marketing business to free myself from the status quo. If you are also questioning your worth and want to determine what you should be paid, check out the link Quit Your Day Job under Business Opportunities to the right of this blog. It is so easy to get caught up in the negative whining of the world today. We get it coming from all angles — through media, other whiny people, and just plain life can beat you down.

I listened to a powerful conference call today at lunchtime and the speaker mentioned the Law of Substitution. It is when you immediately replace a negative thought with a DOMINANT POSITIVE thought. I love the idea of this. It is something I implemented immediately and what I have found is that it works!

So I challenge all of you reading this to do the same and use the Law of Substitution to replace any negative thoughts immediately with a dominant positive thought. What goes on in your mind truly affects your body. We are all connected and that definitely has an effect on your wellness and happiness. In a sense then we are truly responsible in creating our own happiness and well being.

Embrace the changes in your life and focus on the moving forward. Once you can accept and embrace change you can harness it to work in your favor.
